Subscription & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms regarding subscription billing, automatic renewals, cancellations, and refunds for premium tiers on the Consisto platform.
1. Subscription Billing
Consisto offers premium features accessible via a recurring subscription ("Subscription"). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
- Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation must occur before your next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, accidental renewals, or dissatisfaction with the Service, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection law.
4. Exceptions & Legal Mandates
In rare circumstances, we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion (e.g., severe technical failure on our end preventing access for an extended period). The issuance of a refund in one instance does not entitle you to a refund in the future under similar circumstances.
If your local jurisdiction mandates a statutory cooling-off period (e.g., the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU) for digital goods, and you have not utilized the premium features or generated data during that period, you may request a refund by contacting billing@consisto.in.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company, your Consisto account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and a ban from the platform.
