- AI Services & Responsible AI: cAI (Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite) usage, CALService hints, non-training guarantees, and disclaimers.
- Academic Honesty & Compliance: CBT/DHA proctoring rules, focus loss tracking, violation limits, auto-submission, and DPDP/FERPA compliance.
- Community Ban Policy: Automated ML content moderation, banned word filters, user reporting, and strike ladder enforcement.
- Acceptable Use Policy: Platform standards outlining prohibited activities and system safety.
3. Data Protection, Security & Intellectual Property
Policies concerning data encryption, retention, security disclosures, and subscription billing.
- E2EE Architecture & Security: Technical disclosures on AES-256-GCM field encryption, HMAC blind indexes, DB session hashing, and Zero-Knowledge journal warnings.
- Data Deletion Policy: Details on our automated data purging timeline and the 48-hour account recovery cooldown.
- Data Processing Agreement: For educational institutions acting as Data Controllers under DPDP/GDPR.
