By using Consisto, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not confusing.
By creating an account or using Consisto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must:
New accounts receive a free trial period as specified at sign-up (currently 7 days). After the trial ends, continued access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Trial benefits and duration may change at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed as described on the pricing page. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the agreed billing interval.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own all content you create on Consisto (journal entries, tasks, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not access, review, or sell your private content.
The referral programme is provided as a courtesy. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral programme at any time. Referral rewards (if any) are granted at our sole discretion and are non-transferable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any interruption to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consisto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account from the Account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
